Free birth services for Eaton Fire families
You deserve the birth you’ve envisioned—supported, informed, peaceful, yours.
Preparing for birth comes with countless decisions, an overload of information, and careful planning.
If you’ve lost your home or experienced damage from the Eaton Fires, I know that weight of decision-making has multiplied. As a local doula, I want to offer one thing that I can give freely—birth doula services, completely free of charge.
Maybe you hadn’t considered having a doula on your birth team, but now you feel that extra support could make a difference. I am here to offer whatever you need.
Typically, I work with clients through three or more prenatal sessions to:
Create a birth plan tailored to your needs
Practice comfort techniques for labor and delivery
Navigate decisions before, during, and after birth
Provide space for emotional processing and support
I then accompany families throughout the entire labor and delivery process and provide postpartum support sessions as needed.
A lot unfolds in these sessions and throughout birth, and as a member of your local community, I want you to know—you are not alone. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, cesarean, medicated, or unmedicated birth (the list goes on), I am here to stand beside you as a birth companion and advocate on this journey.
You and your family deserve support, and I would be honored to offer it.
